The Stamp of the Extremadura Ecological Agriculture Committee guarantees the organic Origin of each packaged unit of each commercial unit of this product, for which they have to fulfil strict controls approved and published in the Extremadura procedures on Ecological production.

The Extremadura Ecological Agriculture Committee (CAEX), is an organism dependent on the Council of Agriculture and Rural Development, attached to the General Direction of Agrarian Exploitations and Food Quality as the authority on the control and certification of the production, elaboration, sale and importation from third countries regarding aspects of ecological production and the creation of a register in the ambit of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura.
